 What is the minimum time to rent?
The minimum time to rent is 5 nights. There is no limit as to rent. All reservations are subject to apartments availability.
 How do I book a reservation?

To make a reservation, follow these 3 simple steps:

  • Select arrival and departure dates.
  • You will be shown the available apartments based on the dates you entered. Select the apartment or apartments you wish to book.
  • Click on the booking form link and fill it in accordingly.

 How much do I have to pay to book an apartment?
Once you have made the reservation, you will have to pay a deposit (25 % of the total stay).

 Are VAT and other taxes included in the price?
Yes. All our prices include 7% VAT and are expressed in €.
 Is a security deposit required?
You have to pay the landlord € 150, either cash or by credit card, to cover any possible damages caused to the apartment. If you leave the apartment in exactly the same conditions it was before you rented it, the security deposit is returned to you.
 When and how do I get the apartment keys?
When filling in your reservation form, you will have to inform your estimated time of arrival. Guardamar Apartments provides customer service in Eden Mar Hotel, at only 400 mt away from the apartments, from 10 am to 10 pm every day of the week. You will be given your apartment keys at the Eden Mar Hotel, c/ Mediterráneo 19, Guardamar del Segura.
 How long does it take to get to the apartment from the airport?
Under normal conditions, it may take between 30 to 60 minutes. Taxis are the fastest means of public transport, and a trip from the airport to the hotel is around €35.
 What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 16:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am
The apartment will be available from 16:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need to check out later, please indicate so in the booking form or you may call us directly and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
 Is there any additional charge for electricity, gas or water supplies?
There is no additional charge for electricity, gas or water supplies. The company does not take any responsibility for water supply or power cuts made by the local government.
 How often are apartments cleaned?
Apartments are given in a perfectly clean and ordered condition.
 Is there any additional cleaning charge?
We do not provide cleaning service, but if you ask for it 48 hs in advance, you will be additionally charged €65. Nevertheless, you should remember to leave the apartment floor clean and in the same state of cleanness you found it. If this requirement is not fulfilled, you will have to pay an additional cleaning charge.

 Are there towels and sheets in the apartments?
Yes. All our apartments have clean sheets and towels.
 What happens if I break something?
Please call us immediately at the phone number we will provide you. We will evaluate the situation and try to repair the damages as soon as possible. Also, we will decide whether you must assume financial responsibility for the damages caused.
 What can I do if I need additional information during my stay?
In case you need further information during your stay, please contact us.
 Can I cancel my reservation? How?

Low and Mid Season: 
Reservations canceled up to 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be subject to any charges. 
  
High Season: 
Reservations canceled up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be subject to any charges.  
  
All Seasons: 
 Reservations canceled after these dates will lose the charged deposit 
Failure to arrive will result in a no show fee of a whole stay charge .
 Are there baby cots in the apartments?
Yes. Upon request, we provide baby cots free of charge. If you need a baby cot, please indicate so in the booking form.
 Can I bring my pet?
No, We do not accept pets.
 Are there telephones in the apartments?
Our apartments do not have a telephone line.
 Is there Internet access in the apartments?
WI-FI Internet access is not included among our services.
 Can I leave my luggage in store?
We can store your luggage at the Hotel until you need it.
 Are the apartments provided with parking facilities?
Each apartment has its own parking lot, but a reservation is required.
